The Queenstown branch services the area of Central Otago, from Queenstown to Wanaka and Cromwell to Alexandra. We specialise in conducting Fire Protection Services, IQP Inspections, Electrical Installations and Servicing for many high profile clients with whom we have built strong, long lasting relationships with. Our team prides themselves on producing great results and work of high quality at all times to promote the companies ever growing profile. Tansley in Invercargill

In Invercargill, we’ve worked on the new Southland Hospital complex, many schools and various commercial building upgrades including the Niagara Sawmill expansion. We are preferred agents for BEKO appliances and Toshiba heat pumps. Our branch specialises in solar power installations, completing projects on remote DOC huts and buildings throughout Southland.

The unique heritage cottages, historic trees and shop fronts of character buildings in Arrowtown are now alight at night, with feature lighting to create a unique and emotive nightscape that also increases pedestrian safety in Arrowtown.

Tansley Electrical completed the lighting, power, mechanical electrical and fire alarm systems for the University of Otago’s new Dental School.

Codfish Island Hut

The Southland branch of Tansley Electrical worked with the Department of Conservation (DOC) to install a solar panel electrical system to run all the electricity to Codfish Island hut.

A category two heritage building and focal point for the local community, Tansley Electrical were brought in to help with a refurbishment and sensitive lighting design to accentuate, enhance and illuminate the church building.

What Our Clients Say

The following projects have been carried out by Tansley Electrical where I have been the Electrical Design Engineer; Dunedin City Council (DCC) Mt Grand Water Treatment Plant Major plant upgrade. This work involved the total electrical installation for the new Dissolved Air Flotation system installed at the plant including PLC control systems, instrumentation, dosing systems, mixers, pumps, blowers and compressors.

Several upgrade projects at the Green Island Waste Water Treatment Plant including pump installations, instrumentation, and maintenance of the Ultraviolet disinfection facility.
